S.L.A Surface treatment
SNUCONE treats its fixtures using Grid Blasting and Etching on the surface of Grade 4 Titanium. Since the results of this treatment are heavily influenced by temperature, time and procedure, perfect technical skills and quality checking are required.
- AF+B fixture Designed to be none coated surface at top of the fixture.
- AF+II fixture Designed to be full coated surface at top of fixture.

- In the Upper Jaw, it can be loaded as early as 10 weeks after implantation.

- Another characteristic of the AF+B fixture is the absence of a thread for 0.7mm at its upper section, this prevents penetration of bacteria and improves the stress distribution in the coronal area.
